Let’s Yoga Workshops
Let’s Yoga offers accessible and inclusive group classes and 1:1 sessions. Whether you use a wheelchair, have limited mobility or sensation, have sensory processing or cognitive difficulties or a developmental delay, we cater for you. Before attending your first workshop, you will be sent a case history form so we can modify the class to meet your needs.

2-4 years
Let`s Yoga offers play based kids and parent yoga workshops.
This is a workshop that focuses on child and parent bonding, social connection with others, creative play and encouraging development of movement milestones and sensory/emotional regulation.
We sing songs, play mindful games and do our favourite yoga poses based on an exciting theme.
5-10 years
Let’s Yoga loves getting imaginative, creative and always playful with this age.
Parents are always encouraged to join in, although the focus with this age is for the little ones to socialise with each other.
We use our imagination, engage in mindful crafts and games, play around with emotional/sensory regulation strategies and explore what movement and postures our bodies can do.
Think sea animal yoga, fairy and pirate yoga or space yoga!
10-13 years
Let’s Yoga aims to provide a welcoming space where friendships and memories can be made.
These workshops include group and partner work, whilst learning fun and empowering yoga postures, mindfulness strategies and becoming aware of the breath.
Teens
Let’s Yoga provides teen or adult workshops when requested.
These workshops focus on providing accessible movement and postures, mindfulness and guided relaxations, and breath regulation techniques to strengthen the mind body connection.
